CITC is pleased to announce that we will be starting new Skills Programs. The first skills program we will be offering is ‘CBT for insomnia: How to Improve your Sleep Skills’. This program will run for 5-weeks and although it is not mandatory to sign up for all 5 sessions, it is encouraged to maximize the gains. This program is designed to provide sleep knowledge and effective skills to help improve your sleep efficiency and quality. The program is based on principles of cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), which has proven to be highly effective in improving sleep.
This course will be lead by Aaron Arkin, B.Sc., RP, RPSGT, who is a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Sleep Technologist with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
