This is an adapted 8-week group therapy program to help children ages 9 to 13 learn mindfulness and CBT skills aimed at reducing anxiety and depression, along with improving emotional regulation.
This is an 8-week group therapy program aimed to help you better manage your anxious feelings, depressed moods, worrying mind, self-defeating behaviors, and other difficulties that may interfere with your life.
The first skills program we will be offering is ‘CBT for insomnia: How to Improve your Sleep Skills’. This program will run for 5-weeks and although it is not mandatory to sign up for all 5 sessions, it is encouraged to maximize the gains.
